About ATX Food Truck Builder

ATX Food Truck Builder is a family owned and operated, custom truck and trailer builder based in Austin, TX. Established in 2012, ATX FTB opened its doors to eager food truck entrepreneurs ready to start their new businesses. Mastering their skills with smaller “Mom & Pop” style businesses, they eventually began building trucks and trailers for large corporations like HEB, The Boys and Girls Clubs, Cold Stone Creamery, Mighty Fine Burgers, as well as several school districts. But they never lost focus on treating every build, big or small, with the same level of professionalism and care that helped their business grow. As their reputation, of quality workmanship, with fair pricing spread, they grew in leaps and bounds.

In January of 2019, ATX FTB moved to their new location with over 15,000 sq feet of space to meet all their customers needs. They are now able to build at least 10 full size vehicles at a time and their new shop has bays exclusively used for custom wraps and hydro dipping, a new storefront for their appliance and equipment sales and coming soon their state of the art commissary kitchen. At ATX FTB, food truck vendors as well other community members will have the opportunity to use their commercial grade, NSF approved, health inspected and fully equipped kitchen.

ATX FTB’s new location is great but what you really can’t beat is their staff. The employees provide their clients with over 40 years of restaurant and entrepreneurial experience. Various team members contribute to the strong foundation built on first hand knowledge of business, from concept development to implementation, they guide you every step of the way.

While owning his food trailer, Casey’s City Grill, he identified a gap in the market for food truck owners to find reliable builds and maintenance on their mobile units.
